The cool dry conditions resulted in a beautiful, aromatic wine with an abundance of passion fruit and melon on the nose with subtle notes of grass and nettles. The ripe tropical fruit follows on the palate, while the herbaceous edge and crisp acidity leaves the palate fresh and dry. 2015 was a great year for Sauvignon Blanc.
