Vibrant mid plum in colour, the nose opens to reveal dried herbs, cinnamon, clove and savoury red fruits overlying fragrant spice from fine grained French oak. The palate is seamless, with beautifully integrated fine grained tannins and equally fine acidity the hallmark of great Sangiovese. The wine, while only medium bodied exhibits richness of fruit and an extended persistence in the mouth.
