A good cold wet winter, a mild spring and a warm summer with no significant heat waves led to long, even ripening of the fruit and helped produce a new quality benchmark for Fairview wines. The fruit for the Sauvignon Blanc was harvested in mid to late February 2014. Limited stock, 2016 vintage coming soon.
