Warm days and cool nights provide optimum conditions for ripening which makes for maximum freshness and purity. Intense yet with a slightly reserved character, this well balanced Sauvignon possesses an elegance and minerality normally only achieved by the top Sancerre and Pouilly Fumé estates.
