Pale yellow with green hues. Fine and fruity reminiscence of citrus tropical fruits and Spring flowers. Mineral notes. Well balanced with a fresh, clean finish. This is made from the Picpoul grape and has crisp, summery flavours of lemon zest with hints of aniseed and flowers. It is a wine that goes perfectly with seafood and light lunches.
