A crisp, fruity styled wine with no residual sugar. It is a genuinely gorgeous rose. Excellent stuff! Delicate salmon pink colour and subtle flavours. Lightly herbal with soft strawberry fruit, floral notes and pepper scents. It has lovely finesse on the palate. This is from the south of France and made with a blend of grapes widely grown in these parts, Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre. It is a delicate, pale pink with aromas of rose petals and the taste of crisp, fresh red berries.
