A true sipping tequila to be savoured. 100% agave and rested for a minimum of 9 months in oak casks. The La Cava de Don Agustin Tequila has been proudly manufactured with refinement. Its exclusive presentation, whose attractiveness is based on its laborious handcrafting, is inherited with pride to the new generations. The selected agave passes to a slow boiling process in stone ovens and proper temperatures during 72 hours, to obtain its sugars later by means of the traditional crushing. Its juices are fermented in rubblework tanks, where it preserves its properties.
