Equal proportion of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay. Residual sugar 8.2 glitre. Restrained mousse with lively bubbles, golden coloured with a blend of honey, lemons and an attractive creaminess on the nose. Nutty palate, rich buttery finish, well balanced and very flavoursome.
