The gin strikes a fine balance, with the more delicate botanical ingredients, such as lavender and lemon peel, ensuring smoothness. The finish is citrus clean and extremely well balanced. Broken Heart is a London Dry gin distilled in a small pot still from a wheat and molasses base spirit.
