Made with Cornish grown strawberries, the variety that produces the cleanest strawberry taste is 'Calypso'. This liqueur captures all the natural sweetness of the fruit and retains a fresh strawberry taste. Delicious straight from the bottle, alternatively make a long drink by mixing with sparkling wine or water. Try poured over pancakes, or as a substitute for sherry in a trifle.
