The Bottega Gold liquid is DOCG quality Prosecco, produced 100% from juice for enhanced quality and freshness. However, for legislative reasons due to the gold packaging, the classification is only permitted as DOC. Tasting note Elegant and fresh, with aromas of golden apples, Poire William and acacia flowers. Great to share, as an aperitif, great with food especially seafood and in cocktails.
