The Bosch HBM13B261B Built in Double oven is a highly efficient and economical Multi function cooker that has both the capacity to cater for the largest of tasks and the flexibility to prepare several dishes simultaneously. The cooker comprises of two independently controlled ovens including a generously proportioned 35litre capacity Top oven and a capacious 71litre Main oven. The Top cavity contains a very economical A rated energy efficient oven and is fitted with both top and bottom heating elements for rapid even cooking results. Additionally this oven houses a full width variable electric grill and is supplied complete with a full width enamelled grill pan and wire pan insert.The Main cavity is fitted with an extremely efficient Multi function oven that employs a Hot Air distribution system to circulate heat evenly throughout the cavity. Boschs unique 3D Hot Air technology significantly improves the Energy Efficiency of their ovens this improves the performance of the main oven to a rating of A 20% which is 20% more efficient than a standard A rated appliance and has been achieved without compromising the ovens performance. In addition this oven incorporates a programmed defrost function.Bosch's 3D Hot Air system distributes heat evenly to all cooking levels ensuring consistent cooking temperatures throughout the oven. This is ideal for batch baking where you can expect the same result for the whole batch from top to bottom. It's also great for large joints because the hot air seals in the moisture and removes the need to turn the food to ensure even cooking.This model includes an Automatic onoff programmer and an Electronic Clock Timer each oven has a Smooth Enamelled oven interior and each is equipped with ecoClean oven liners to aid easy cleaning. Both cavities are fitted with an Easy Fit shelf support system. The main oven offers the choice of 5 different shelf positions for the 3 wire shelves supplied with an additional shelf for the top oven. The oven door is fitted with Heat reflective glass to conserve energy additionally a full glass inner door and an interior light are fitted to provide good visibility whilst retaining heat and maintaining temperature.
