It has a pale, lively and persistent mousse its perlage is fine and continuous. It is yellow in colour, with marked greenish reflections. The bouquet is inviting, with rich notes of white flowers and ripe fruit, with subtle hints of vanilla. The aromas follow through on to the palate. Fine, elegant and beautifully balanced.
