Award Winning Gin produced by Professor Cornelius Ampleforth. Made using the traditional method of Cold Compounding or Infusing. Very high quality copper pot still spirit is infused with ingredients including Juniper, Orange Peel, Coriander, Cinnamon, Cloves and Cardamom. This gin is made in ultra small batches, and the length of the compounding period is controlled entirely by periodic sampling. Packaged using brown paper, string and wax! Bold and Perfumed Flavour.
