Pale gold in colour with a lively glint, its mousse is superb and displays very fine and distinguished necklaces of bubbles. Lovely maturity on the nose with very charming notes of citrus, pineapple and white flowers. The palate is very fresh and pure, intense and beautifully structured, with a creamy texture, all leading to a pleasant and long finish. A very elegant wine combining character and delicacy.
