Appearance Light amber. Body Light to medium. Nose unreduced A decidedly sweet aromatic nose. Sherry, cooking apples, fruits and cereal combine with the perfume of Parma violets and a short whiff of almonds. Nose 30% The apple sweetness softens to be accompanied by butterscotch. Taste Light, fresh and well balanced with apple sweetness. Finish Short smooth finish with a slight salty aftertaste.
