Vestal use small, young potatoes grown in the sandy soils of Kaszebe, northern Poland, to produce the Vestal Kaszebe. The 2013 vintage is distinctly creamy and has a superb depth of flavour. Nose An intriguing nose of orchard fruits, red berries, vanilla and new potatoes. Palate Sweet on palate entry with butterscotch candies, developing a little hint of heat and grapefruit fruitiness. Finish Mid length and fairly sweet. Overall Very well flavoured. Enjoy it neat and cold in a proper tasting glass to get the most out of it.
