TracoPower TSR Series 1W DC DC Converters Single Output TracoPower TSR 1 2450, The TracoPower 1W DC DC Converter Vin 6.5 32VDC to Vout 5 VDC 1A is a TSR 1 Series step down switching regulator that acts as a drop in replacement for inefficient 78xx linear regulators. A high efficiency up to 96% allows full load operation up to 60degC ambient temperature without the need of any heat sink or forced cooling. The TSR 1 switching regulator provides other significant features over linear regulators, i.e. better output accuracy plusmn2 %, lower standby current of 2mA and no requirement of external capacitors.
