This wine pays homage to the former Governor of Chile, Manso de Velasco who was the founder of Curico, where these vineyards are located. The Single Vineyard of Manso de Velasco is devoted exclusively to the Cabernet Sauvignon that produces this intense and deeply pigmented wine. The wine is bottled after several months oak ageing. Intense, dark ruby colour. Exquisite aroma with classical notes of wild fruit preserves, blackberries,and hints of leather. On the palate it has great elegance, with smooth tannins and a prolonged fruit and spicy aftertaste that finalises with notes of toasted bread. Exhibits all its power and elegance when accompanying roast meat and game.
