A symbol of the time honoured Torres tradition, this brandy is obtained by the distillation of select wines of the Parellada and Ugni Blanc varieties. Double distillation in copper pot stills, followed by the careful selection of the finest and most aromatic fractions, and ageing in Limousin oak barrels, are some of its secrets. Fine, dark amber coloured. A deep, warm aroma, with traces of dried fruit and nuts. It exhibits elegant hints of spices vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg. It is round, intensely velvety and lush on the palate, with a lingering aftertaste typical of its noble origin and aristocratic ageing.
