Sette Vie Ratafia is an exquisite Italian liqueur with 20% alcohol by volume. It is hand crafted with Montepulciano d'Abbruzo wine that has been aged three years in oak barrels. The wine is a mix of 90% of Montepulciano grapes and 10% of Sangiovese. It has pepper and spice flavours with earthy notes, and a high tannin that provides a strong aromatic taste. The wine has received the title of DOC Denominazione di Origine Controllata since the early nineteen seventies, and is labelled as a Riserva reserved wine. Sweet almonds and a mix of berries and nutmegs are infused in molasses alcohol and blended with the wine to give the award winning Sette Vie Ratafia its uniquely flavoured and spicy spirit taste. Sette Vie Ratafia is best enjoyed neat, on the rocks, with your favourite champagne or prosecco, and even on desserts such as ice cream or crepes.
