Prucia is a smooth and delicate Plum liqueur. The high quality plums are carefully hand picked in Moissac, South West of France, when they are perfectly ripened. Then, the whole fruits are macerated in grape spirit before to be aged on oak barrels, previously used for the ageing of French Brandy. Matured to perfection, this is a harmonious blend with a silky smooth texture and deliciously mouth watering flavours of sweet plums, sugar almond and vanilla. Highly versatile and compatible with many classic cocktails, Prucia is also delicious enjoyed neat over ice or as 'Kir Royal'.
