A new twist to the classic Peter Lehmann Semillon. As pioneer and champion of Barossa Semillon, we are committed to showing its beauty and versatility. With the Art 'n' Soul Semillon, we present the softer spectrum of Semillon, and add extra zing with a splash of Sauvignon Blanc from the cool climate of the neighbouring Adelaide Hills region. An attractive greengold hue with fresh citrus notes and a touch of wild honey. The palate isrefreshingly soft with a clean, fruit driven finish. Serve lightly chilled. A superb aperitif and an ideal accompaniment to pan seared scallops, pan fried white fish or roast chicken.
