The Thermometer can measure the temperature in liquids, airgas and soft media. The measurement is performed with a Pt1000 probe, permanently connected to the measuring instrument.The Immersion Probe has been manufactured from stainless steel diameter 3mm. The probe has a silicone cable and plastic handle and are food safe. The silicone cable is heat resistant up to 200degC, the plastic handle to 70degC.
