Soft and subtle, but with multiple dimensions. Honeydew melon dominates the nose, with an accent of citrus and a hint of pine needles. A hint of residual sweetness up front, with lingering lemon lime soda tartness in the finish. Grows more complex as it warms, and is probably best served at a rose like temperature instead of typical white chill levels. Limited stock, 2015 vintage coming soon.
