A classic rose petal colour, this elegant, dry ros shows aromatic notes of grapefruit and delicate citrus hints, through to a refreshing palate of red berry fruits with a lifted finish. Serve chilled as an elegant aperitif, this versatile wine also works well with grilled fish, summer salads and a variety of seafood dishes. The terroir in the vineyards is characterised by the Galets or large pebbles that are remnants of Alpine glaciers that have been smoothed over millennia by the Rhne. These pebbles absorb and store the heat from the sun during the day and release it at night, enhancing the ripening of the grapes. The vines here have established a deep root system enabling them to draw the mineral elements they need to grow and providing a complexity to the grapes. The Mediterranean sunshine is vital to the maturation and phenolic ripeness of the grapes.
