A golden yellow sparkling wine with a fine and persistent mousse. The fragrant nose shows notes of biscuit with a hint of nuttiness. The creaminess of the palate is supported by good acidity and complements the biscuit and nut flavours that follow through on the palate.
Rosa dei Frati is light pink with a touch of 'onion skin' orange. Zesty and vibrant with aromas of summer pudding and strawberries, it is perfectly balanced with a lovely refreshing finish.
Light yellow in colour with a concentrated but fresh perfume of white flowers, peaches and ripe lemons. On the palate it has excellent depth and balance, Igino's trademark richness and a lovely crisp, lively finish.
The trio of Turbiana, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc gives this minerally wine a lively aromatic quality on the nose and an elegance on the mid palate which is boosted by the buttery concentration of good quality Chardonnay.
