An exceptional quality wine. The colour is a very pure bright yellow, with golden highlights. A froth of light bubbles forming a discreet ring in the glass. Intense nose revealing fresh citrus notes admirably matched with well developed toasted aromas. Ample, well structured palate. The range of aromas expands with hints of dry fruit, apricot in particular appearing in mid palate alongside honeyed notes. Exquisite balance , the texture astonishingly light, and the finish harmonious with rich intermingling flavours. The wine maker's comment This wine, made from Cote des Blancs Grands Crus, has a high potential for ageing. After four years of ageing in our cellars, it will do honour to any table but can also be easily kept a few more years, developing toasted and candied fruit aromas. 100 % Chardonnay.
